Job summary
Jobgether SRL seeks a seasoned People Success Partner to operate the full employee lifecycle for a distributed U.S. workforce, with responsibilities spanning recruiting operations, onboarding, benefits, performance processes, and HR compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
- 5+ years in HR operations or People Success/HRBP roles.
- Experience supporting a distributed U.S. workforce, ideally in tech/B2B software.
Responsibilities
- Own U.S. recruiting operations from intake to offers and coordination with external search partners.
- Manage remote-first onboarding from offer to 90 days, including benefits education and compliance.
- Handle promotions, job changes, leaves, and HRIS data updates with accurate records.
- Lead offboarding activities and ensure proper termination processing and benefits end dates.
- Serve as primary HR contact for U.S., Japan, and European contractors; manage onboarding/offboarding.
