Job summary

Belron is seeking a Lead Payroll Business Analyst to partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to drive complex payroll initiatives. You will own end-to-end requirements, develop dashboards and SOPs, and ensure compliance and audit readiness across multi-state payroll environments.

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field.
• 4-6 years in payroll, business analysis, or analytics with cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with audits, compliance, and multi-system integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of payroll initiatives aligning with enterprise priorities.
• Analyze payroll processes, data, and audit findings to identify risks and improvements.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to define requirements and drive solution design.
• Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Create SOPs, process maps, KPIs, dashboards, and reports for scalable, audit-ready payroll operations.
• Lead data analysis translating payroll data into actionable insights for leadership.
