Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience in IT, business systems support, or operational roles with hands-on use of relevant systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare applications required.
• Experience in complex configuration, upgrades/releases, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong understanding of security roles, data controls, and integration fundamentals.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder discussions and translate requirements into implementable solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting multiple functional domains.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more assigned applications, modules, or functional domains across enterprise and clinical systems.
• Act as SME for assigned systems, including workflows, configuration, data flow, and integrations.
• Lead configuration decisions aligned with vendor practices, regulatory requirements, and patient safety.
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Lead testing, validation, and post-implementation support for upgrades and changes.
• Maintain documentation, security roles, and data governance artifacts.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices in configuration and testing.
