The analyst will lead configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvements, partnering with Finance, HR, IT, and department leaders to optimize payroll performance. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive payroll experience with analytical and technical functions.
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems in an analytical or systems-support capacity.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combinations considered.

Responsibilities

• Serves as SME for payroll/timekeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Leads design/configuration/maintenance of payroll functionality and testing.
• Develops complex payroll/workforce reports for operations, finance, and planning.
• Maintains cross-functional proficiency in biweekly payroll operations for business continuity.
• Partners with Finance, HR, IT, and leaders to improve payroll processes and system performance.
