YipitData is seeking a Senior Payroll & Benefits Administrator to own US payroll operations for 500+ employees. This remote-friendly role collaborates with Finance, People Ops, and ADP to ensure accurate, compliant payroll and benefits administration.

The position emphasizes process improvement, scale, and reliability, with a base salary in the expected range for a senior role in the US market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Experience running US payroll through ADP Workforce Now for 500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll and benefits reconciliation.
• Experience reconciling benefits invoices and self-insured plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end US payroll processing for 500+ employees.
• Partner with Finance and People Ops to manage inputs and changes.
• Serve as payroll SME; resolve questions with ADP and stakeholders.
• Manage multi-state payroll and NY Convenience of the Employer rule.
• Own payroll- and invoicing-related benefits administration.
• Review and reconcile benefits invoices and self-funded plan activity.
• Handle month-end, year-end, W-2, open enrollment, audits.
