We are seeking a Senior Payroll & Benefits Administrator to own our US payroll operations and support the financial and administrative components of our benefits programs. You’ll be responsible for accurate and timely payroll for 500+ employees, multi-state payroll compliance, benefits invoice reconciliation, and the payroll and reconciliation processes associated with our self‑insured health plans.
This is a highly hands‑on role that will partner closely with Finance, People Ops, ADP, and our benefits partners. You’ll serve as an internal payroll subject matter expert while helping us strengthen controls, improve processes, and scale our payroll and benefits operations as the company grows.
This is a remote‑friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarters is located), one of our office hubs, or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding.
