You will oversee project staff, review deliverables, and ensure governance and value creation for payer industry clients. Remote work options are available across the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, advisory services, or transformation programs.
• Proven client-facing experience.
• Experience leading consultant teams in planning, task structuring, analysis, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Lead, managing teams for commercial projects to ensure governance and client satisfaction.
• Assess proposed solutions for opportunity expansion and partner involvement.
• Drive cross-functional solutioning and align stakeholder goals.
• Oversee daily activities of project staff, including cross-functional teams.
• Review deliverables for quality, requirements alignment, and integration.
• Lead project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and IP for reuse.
• Apply strategic thinking to ensure value-added opportunities for clients.
• Drive issue resolution and escalate engagement challenges to decision-makers.
