Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital technology team lead experience with client management responsibilities.
• 6-8 years of consulting experience as a Payer SME.
• Management consulting experience, preferably with top firms.
• Strong Healthcare industry background, including health plans, claims, and provider operations.
• Project management and people management experience.
• Excellent communication skills; presenting professional PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders.
• Exposure to technology-driven projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of payer functions and Medicaid plan implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small-to-medium team of consultants through client engagement, analysis, and development of solutions.
• Align functional industry expertise to engagement requirements.
• Manage escalations and balance client needs with efficient use of resources.
• Ensure alignment of team activities to priorities and efficient use of time and resources.
• Monitor and address capability or experience gaps to ensure responsiveness to opportunities.
• Participate in client workshops and development of business cases when needed.
• Supervise daily activities of project staff and stakeholders.
• Lead communications with project stakeholders, including status reporting and priority setting.
• Review project deliverables from QA perspective and gather stakeholder feedback.
