This remote US role emphasizes healthcare payer expertise, strategic thinking, and excellence in communication as you guide projects from conception through delivery and client validation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading digital technology teams and managing clients.
• 6-8 years of consulting experience as a Payer SME.
• Experience in management consulting, preferably with top firms.
• Strong Healthcare industry background including health plans, claims, provider operations.
• Experience in project and people management.
• Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs a small-to-medium team through client engagements and solution delivery.
• Aligns industry expertise to engagement requirements.
• Manages escalations and allocates resources effectively.
• Ensures activities align with priorities and efficient use of time.
• Monitors gaps in team capabilities and addresses them.
• Participates in client workshops and business analysis interviews.
• Oversees daily project staff activities and QA of deliverables.
• Leads stakeholder communications and status reporting.
• Captures lessons learned and develops IP opportunities.
• Verifies client validation and documents project success.
