Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Sales Associate - CB Infrastructure to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role focuses on driving strategic partnerships in infrastructure-related opportunities within a fast-moving financial services environment.

You will own complex deal cycles from outreach to close, working with internal teams to craft compelling value propositions and ensure partner onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within PSPs, fintechs, banks, or crypto companies.
• Experience managing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders from inception to close.
• Knowledge of payments and trading ecosystems, including stablecoins and digital wallets.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior audiences effectively.
• Experience using generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnership opportunities by researching prospects and developing tailored outreach strategies.
• Manage deal execution from initial diligence through negotiation and close, coordinating across multiple workstreams.
• Lead conversations with partners and translate the company's capabilities into specific value propositions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration.
• Share market intelligence and partner feedback to inform product and leadership strategies.
