Job summary

Clients Blackbox, a performance marketing agency in the United States, seeks a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and funnel optimization. You will lead client conversations, oversee Meta campaigns, and guide copy and video script development to improve lead generation and appointment bookings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
