Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and testing.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts end to end, lead client conversations, write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, and develop testing strategies to drive qualified appointments and high-value conversions. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client performance, relationships,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations across multiple accounts.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and decisions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Identify and address account risks and opportunities.
