Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and creative testing.

You will lead client conversations, manage Meta performance, write direct-response copy and video scripts, and develop robust testing strategies to improve funnel performance. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will be directly accountable for client performance, relationships, and retention, while coordinating with editors

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and scripts.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns toward defined performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead strategy conversations.
• Build and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and creative elements.
• Set up tracking and lead-routing workflows; troubleshoot issues across platforms.
