Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and creative testing. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, lead client conversations, and drive results through data-driven optimization.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client performance, relationships, and retention. This role offers remote work with a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
• Set up tracking, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing.
• Collaborate with editors and provide creative direction; use AI tools to accelerate work.
