The Dyrt, the leading camping platform, is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to join the advertising team. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and meet revenue targets with a mix of display, sponsored content, social, video, email, and sponsorship placements.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in sales, proven digital media experience, and a track record in outdoor or travel sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of sales experience, ideally in digital media
• Experience at a fast-paced startup is a plus
• Proven success selling within Outdoor/Active Lifestyle or Travel sectors

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Sell a mix of custom and standard digital advertising solutions (display, native, social, video, email)
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Grow a $1-3M+ annual portfolio by building advertiser and agency relationships
• Identify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, events, and market research
• Collaborate with growth marketing, creative, and engineering teams to create customized solutions
• Track activity, manage accounts, and forecast revenue
