Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Senior Engineer, Oracle Finance Systems Integration & Data Architect (remote) to own design, build, and maintain high-volume data pipelines connecting Oracle Cloud Financials to the Enterprise Data Lake, analytics platforms, and key third-party integrations.

The role ensures data integrity for Medicare Advantage finance activities, including risk adjustment reconciliation, CMS submissions, and regulatory reporting, while collaborating with the DTS Data Engineering

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP/Oracle EBS integration and data architecture.
• Proven experience building data pipelines from Oracle Cloud Financials to enterprise data lakes.
• Hands-on with OIC, FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs in a production Oracle Financials environment.
• Ability to navigate Oracle data model across GL, AP, AR, and FA modules.
• Experience with HIPAA, SOX, GDPR/CCPA data privacy/compliance in financial data movements.
• Experience in regulated healthcare/insurance/financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable financial data pipelines from Oracle Cloud Financials to the Enterprise Data Lake and downstream analytics.
• Engineer and support integrations between Oracle Financials and Workday/other platforms using OIC, APIs, and FBDI/ADFdi.
• Ensure data security and compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and data governance across systems.
• Build and optimize Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI reporting pipelines and scheduling.
• Act as Tier 3/4 escalation point for complex integration incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
• Support Oracle Cloud Financials implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
