Ladders is seeking a Senior Oracle Business Analyst, Finance for a remote US-based position. The role focuses on optimizing ERP processes, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring smooth system enhancements across the organization.

You will partner with Finance and IT to strengthen user support, configuration accuracy, and quarterly release readiness, driving data integrity and process efficiency in a dynamic media environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly in Financials.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and query optimization.
• Proven ability in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with testing processes such as regression and UAT.
• Familiarity with data mapping and reconciliation across systems.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

• Support and optimize ERP system for Finance operations.
• Act as a liaison between Finance and IT, translating user needs into technical solutions.
• Resolve user issues and manage help desk tickets as a super user.
• Own configuration updates in production environments.
