Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Senior Engineer for Oracle Finance Systems Integration & Data Architecture (remote) to design, build, and maintain high-volume pipelines connecting Oracle Cloud Financials to the Enterprise Data Lake and analytics platforms.

You will work with Finance stakeholders and the DTS Data Engineering team to ensure secure, accurate data flow for executive reporting, CMS compliance, and strategic decisions in a Medicare Advantage environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/Oracle EBS integration
• Experience building data pipelines from Oracle Cloud Financials to cloud data lakes
• Experience with HIPAA, SOX, GDPR/CCPA privacy/compliance considerations

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain financial data pipelines from Oracle Cloud Financials to the Enterprise Data Lake
• Engineer and support integrations between Oracle Financials and Workday, third-party systems, and banking platforms
• Ensure data security and HIPAA-compliant handling, access controls and auditing
• Configure reporting infrastructure (Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI) and optimize ETL/queries for close cycles
• Provide Tier 3/4 escalation support for critical integration incidents and drive root-cause analysis
