Job summary

Elevation Health is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to act as the operational backbone, coordinating a high-performing team of Regional Managers and Account Coordinators to uphold our standards of integrity, client satisfaction, and growth.

You will oversee 8+ accounts, focus on hiring, training and performance, and drive initiatives across platforms and virtual programming while championing Elevation Elite quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven track record of facilitating healthy communication across cross-functional teams and managing operations.
• Certifications: CPR/AED required; NSCA/ACSM/NASM/ACE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Operations Department including day-to-day activities, Regional Managers and Account Coordinators.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for 8+ accounts, including team hiring, training, and performance management.
• Champion Elevation Elite, ensuring high benchmarks for quality across accounts.
• Partner with teams to upskill staff and support business development through proposals and account startups.
• Manage administrative aspects of engagement platforms and drive virtual programming initiatives.
