- Lead regional operational strategy and drive growth across practice sites.
- Define and monitor regional KPIs and performance against goals.
- Coach practice leaders to execute initiatives and optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance, privacy, safety, and accreditation readiness across regions.
- Oversee staffing, onboarding, and talent development to support service delivery.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align region with organizational priorities.
