Elevation Health is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to act as the operational backbone, coordinating a high-performing team of Regional Managers and Account Coordinators to uphold our standards of integrity, client satisfaction, and growth.

You will oversee 8+ accounts, focus on hiring, training and performance, and drive initiatives across platforms and virtual programming while championing Elevation Elite quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven track record of facilitating healthy communication across cross-functional teams and managing operations.
• Certifications: CPR/AED required; NSCA/ACSM/NASM/ACE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Operations Department including day-to-day activities, Regional Managers and Account Coordinators.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for 8+ accounts, including team hiring, training, and performance management.
• Champion Elevation Elite, ensuring high benchmarks for quality across accounts.
• Partner with teams to upskill staff and support business development through proposals and account startups.
• Manage administrative aspects of engagement platforms and drive virtual programming initiatives.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our organization. You won’t just be managing tasks; you'll be coordinating a high-performing team of Regional Managers and Account Coordinators to foster a culture of integrity, trust, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversees Operations Department including day-to-day, Regional Managers and Account Coordinator.

Account Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations for 8+ accounts, including team hiring, training, and performance management.

Quality & Compliance : Serve as the champion of "Elevation Elite," our standard of excellence, ensuring all accounts meet our high benchmarks for quality.

Growth & Development: Partner with our teams to upskill staff and support business development through proposal collaboration and account startups.

Tech & Innovation: Manage administrative aspects of our engagement platforms and drive virtual programming initiatives.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

Experience: A proven track record of facilitating healthy communication across cross-functional teams and managing operations.

Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification is required. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Personal Training (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, or ACE) Group Fitness and/or Nutrition Coaching.

Skills: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Flexibility: Ability to travel nationally approximately 25% of the time, including to our Colorado home office.
