Devoted Health seeks a Senior Manager to drive Agency Operations & Partnerships initiatives across onboarding, compliance analysis, and partner enhancements. The role spans problem framing to implementation, coordinating Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Partnerships to deliver scalable processes at scale.

You'll manage multiple streams, use JIRA for tracking, and leverage Looker for data insights to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects from scoping to implementation.
• Ability to analyze data, dashboards, and trends to inform decisions.
• Strong organizational judgment and escalation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of projects across agency onboarding, compliance, and partnerships.
• Scope, plan, and lead cross-functional initiatives from problem to adoption.
• Design scalable workflows and drive adoption across teams.
