Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ reports).
• Willingness to relocate and travel up to 90–100% during the trainee program.
• Ability to walk/stand for long shifts and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a six‑month expedited training program.
• Pursue a Plasma Center Operations Manager role after training and relocate accordingly.
• Lead and develop teams; support staffing, performance reviews, and recruiting.]
• Travel across BioLife centers to learn the business and network with leaders.
• Support operations and customer donor experience in a fast‑paced environment.
