Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an advanced leadership development program that travels to plasma centers nationwide. You will rotate through roles, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager position with relocation to available BioLife locations.

The program emphasizes fast-paced leadership growth, mentorship, and access to a network of senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.
• Experience working in regulated environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across multiple locations during training.
• Support team performance reviews, staffing, and development.
• Participate in cross-location onboarding and leadership development.
