Job summary

STChealth is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to lead DevOps, Platform, and IT functions for immunization information systems, while modernizing legacy infrastructure in production. The role includes commercial accountability for vendor contracts and cost modeling, partnering with VP-level leadership on pricing and strategy.

You will design the new Operations model, oversee staffing, tooling, and processes for the modern platform, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or IT leadership, including managing technical teams.
• Experience modernizing or remediating legacy infrastructure in live production with security/compliance hardening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop DevOps, Platform, and IT teams, including staffing, performance management, and career development.
• Own day-to-day execution across infrastructure, platform reliability, internal IT services, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring).
• Establish and report on operational metrics (uptime, MTTR, SLAs, cost per environment).
• Own contracts for tooling and vendors; manage renewals, usage tracking, and total cost of ownership.
