Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Manager for the CHO Office Planning & Operations to help translate organizational priorities into planning and coordination. You will build operating cadences, budgets, and executive reporting to keep the Clinical leadership team aligned on priorities.

You will collaborate with the Chief Health Officer and Clinical leadership to identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive accountability, using data to stay focused on top initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in business operations, organizational planning, program management, or related function.
• Experience leading cross-departmental work and partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience developing frameworks in fluid environments with competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage operating schedule for the Clinical leadership team, including meetings and planning cycles.
• Develop mechanisms to track priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Create executive-level reporting on performance, priorities and risks for CHO leadership.
• Manage annual and ongoing organizational planning for the Clinical leadership team, translating priorities into goals and timelines.
• Support administrative and financial planning for the Chief Health Officer organization, including budget planning and resource tracking.
• Lead CHO Office and Clinical leadership priorities with clear ownership and timelines.
• Improve workflows and decision-making to increase organizational effectiveness.
• Summarize complex information into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop relationships across Clinical and partner teams to surface dependencies and resolve issues.
• Support direct reports and promote professional development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other assigned responsibilities.
