Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Manager, CHO Office Planning & Operations to partner with the Chief Health Officer and Clinical leadership. You will translate organizational priorities into planning and coordination, building operating mechanisms and executive reporting to keep priorities visible and on track.

Based in Tempe, AZ, this hybrid role requires three in-office days per week with Thursdays set for meetings and events, and a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, organizational planning, program management or related function.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills; ability to summarize complex information for senior leadership.
• Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives and partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience developing frameworks in fluid environments and driving end-to-end accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the operating schedule for the Clinical leadership team, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, priority reviews, and other forums for decision-making and accountability.
• Develop CHO Office mechanisms for tracking priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions; anticipate critical leadership touchpoints.
• Develop executive-level reporting for visibility into performance, priorities, and new risks for the Chief Health Officer and Clinical leadership.
• Manage annual and ongoing organizational planning processes; translate priorities into goals, measures, timelines, and ownership.
• Support administrative and financial planning for the CHO organization, including budget planning and resource tracking.
• Lead CHO Office and Clinical leadership priorities with clear ownership, timelines, dependencies, and decisions.
