Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Manager for the CHO Office Planning & Operations to translate priorities into planning cycles, cadences, and accountability. You will build operating mechanisms, manage budgets, and provide executive reporting to the Chief Health Officer and Clinical leadership.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, leverage data to stay aligned with top priorities, and drive end-to-end accountability across the Clinical organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, organizational planning, program management, or a related function.
• Experience developing frameworks in fluid environments, managing competing priorities, and driving end-to-end accountability.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication skills, and the ability to summarize complex information for senior leadership.
• Experience leading complex, cross-departmental work and partnering with senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Experience with organizational planning, budgeting, performance reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Experience supporting an executive or leadership team in a complex, cross-departmental organization.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the operating mechanisms that allow the Clinical organization and its leadership team to work.
• Develop executive-level reporting for the Chief Health Officer and Clinical leadership.
• Lead annual and ongoing organizational planning processes for the Clinical leadership team.
• Support administrative and financial planning for the Chief Health Officer organization.
• Improve organizational workflows, decision-making processes, and operating mechanisms.
• Summarize complex information for senior leadership and surface dependencies.
• Build relationships across the Clinical organization and with partners to facilitate understanding and resolution of issues.
• Develop and support direct reports and staff development as applicable.
