Job summary

KBR’s Global Asset Management group seeks a Remote Senior Operations Coordinator to support Engineering, Procurement, and Production Operations. The role emphasizes U.S. Government asset management, FAR 52.245-1 compliance, and government property processes across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include contract management, SAP reporting, and risk mitigation, with mentorship of staff and process-improvement participation. Strong PIEE/SAP exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; or high school diploma with 3+ additional years of experience.
• Experience with government property management and PIEE.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management activities, including contract closeout and asset transfers.
• Oversee new WBS setup and reporting in SAP; ensure data accuracy for performance tracking.
• Drive compliance and risk mitigation with corrective action plans and audit support.
• Mentor program offices and junior staff on daily tasks, audits, inventories, and special projects.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives (Six Sigma, RCCA, Kaizen) to support continuous improvement.
• Interpret and execute contract requirements and work with SOWs to ensure compliance.
