Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Operations Coordinator for an on-site role in the Global Asset Management group. You will help maintain government property management procedures and ensure compliant systems for government contracts.

The role requires reliability, basic qualifications, and ability to work under direct supervision while supporting cross-functional teams and site-wide property controls.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to site.
• Familiarity with asset tracking databases (SAP/eQuip/PIIEE).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Forklift certification capability – training provided on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Government property management activities and audits.
• Maintain asset records and ensure compliance with FAR/contract requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to uphold property controls.
• Prepare and generate reports on asset status and inventory.
• Assist in processing transfers and disposition of property as needed.
• Contribute to site continuous improvement and process changes.
