Ladders, a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech, seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager, Hematology to drive growth in a defined US territory from a remote base. The role combines clinical knowledge, account management, and field execution to educate providers and accelerate product adoption in hematology oncology.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $155,200 – $232,800 annually. Requires oncology experience and strong communication skills, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year college or university degree.
• Experience in oncology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet territorial travel requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years in the oncology market preferred.
• Strong clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge of products preferred.
• Experience with pediatric and young adult ALL and bone marrow transplant preferred.
