Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. seeks a Senior/Principal Architect to own the Omnissa Intelligence architecture across UEM, Horizon, and multi-tenant environments. You will define telemetry reference architectures, governance for dashboards, and ADRs, while guiding low-code automation and ITSM integrations.

You will lead cross-team efforts in data ingestion, AI-assisted insights, and proactive remediation, shaping enterprise IT strategy and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in end-user computing, digital workplace, or IT infrastructure roles, incl. 3+ years in architect-level capacity.
• Hands-on experience architecting/operating Omnissa Intelligence in large-scale production.
• Deep knowledge of Workspace ONE UEM and Horizon architectures.
• Proven experience with low-code/no-code automation workflows (Freestyle Orchestrator).
• Strong EUC/DEX architecture principles: device compliance, performance monitoring, VDI health, sentiment analytics.
• Experience correlating multi-source telemetry to drive root-cause analysis at scale.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to present outcomes to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of Omnissa Intelligence across UEM, Horizon, and Access-managed environments.
• Define reference architecture for telemetry aggregation and scalable hybrid cloud/on-prem deployments.
• Establish governance for dashboards, KPIs, data retention, and ADRs.
• Architect low-code automation workflows to drive proactive remediation and automated ticketing.
• Lead integration with Trust Network partners and ITSM connectors for seamless incident workflows.
• Drive root-cause analysis across endpoints, networks, and virtual environments; optimize user experience metrics.
