Job summary

Omnissa, an AI-driven digital work platform, seeks a Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer for its UEM Cloud Services team. You will own production solutions, automate infrastructure, and improve security and reliability for our SaaS offerings in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

You will design cloud infra with Terraform/Ansible, build CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with SOC 2/NIST/FedRAMP while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• 6+ years of DevOps or cloud engineering experience.
• Proven development/scripting: Python, Powershell, Bash.
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Strong cloud platform expertise (AWS).
• Experience with containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and controls.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP/NIST and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure for UEM SaaS offerings.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure/configuration with Terraform/Ansible.
• Deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions across SaaS products.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Apply security best practices and compliance standards.
