Job summary

The role focuses on turning endpoint, application, and Horizon telemetry into actionable insights and automated remediation, building dashboards and integrating with ITSM workflows. Locations include Columbus, OH; Jersey City, NJ; Plano, TX; with remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Omnissa/Workspace ONE Intelligence.
• Strong experience with Workspace ONE UEM and/or Omnissa Horizon.
• Experience with Freestyle Orchestrator or low-code automation.
• Strong EUC/DEX analytics and telemetry experience.
• Dashboarding, reporting, and data correlation.
• Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis across endpoint, VDI, and network environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Omnissa Intelligence dashboards, reports, and DEX metrics.
• Analyze endpoint, application, network, and Horizon VDI telemetry.
• Perform troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

We are seeking a Senior Omnissa Intelligence & DEX Engineer to drive Digital Employee Experience (DEX) monitoring, analytics, and automation across enterprise end-user computing environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Omnissa Intelligence (formerly Workspace ONE Intelligence) and the ability to transform endpoint, application, and VDI telemetry into actionable insights and automated remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Omnissa Intelligence dashboards, reports, and DEX metrics
• Analyze endpoint, application, network, and Horizon VDI telemetry
• Perform troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Integrate Intelligence insights with ITSM/ticketing workflows
