Job summary

Morson Group seeks an experienced Plant Integration Engineer to support the BWRX-300 SMR program. This remote role involves leading system integration, defining design requirements, and guiding cross-functional teams across internal and external stakeholders.

You will ensure cost, schedule, quality, and technical accuracy for complex nuclear projects, while mentoring teammates and delivering robust verification and validation plans. EST/CST alignment and 40-hour weeks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, licensing and design bases.
• Experience with nuclear island, turbine island, and BOP plant systems and related safety analyses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Plant Integration Engineering (PIE) activities for BWRX-300 SMR.
• Lead development of work instructions, execution, and change management of system integration programs.
