GE Vernova seeks an Advanced Nuclear Contracts Manager to be the SME in contract leadership and expertise for project teams across the nuclear portfolio.

The role emphasizes supporting proposals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding contracts through execution. The candidate will collaborate with commercial teams, manage filings, and help shape strategies to grow the business, with awareness of export-controlled information requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working with contracts management.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal activities, including analysis of the RFPs and ensuring proper contract reviews and compliance before submission.
• Partner with commercial teams and customers to ensure understanding of regulations before and during contract execution; responsible for filings and reporting for contract performance.
• Develop innovative contracting solutions and support all phases of the acquisition cycle.
• Support sourcing with preparation of flow-down packages for sub-contractors/suppliers.
• Provide guidance to project teams during contract execution to ensure procurement regulations compliance.
• Assist in developing strategies to grow business.
