Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the nuclear power industry.
• Minimum 3 years managing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as first line of contact for customers with emergent technical needs.
• Manage technical projects from inquiry to closure.
• Provide leadership and project management for assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered within schedule and cost constraints.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and policies.
• Monitor performance, KPIs, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contract terms and manage change orders as needed.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers.
