Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent 4-year technical degree.
• 10+ years of embedded software development with C and development tools (GitLab, IDEs, debuggers).
• 10+ years of C coding conventions, unit & integration testing.
• 5+ years of system design or technical reviews including interfacing with requirements management and IV&V.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of work planning, scheduling, and resource loading across lifecycle phases.
• Support project engineering with understanding execution metrics, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Drive compliance with design processes, budgets, schedules, and reviews.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure designs meet requirements through release to manufacturing and testing.
• Collaborate with project management and other functions to drive project completion.
• Identify and lead resolution of technical and risk issues.
• Host learning sessions and knowledge capture to transfer initiatives.
• Use tools for requirements, design, change, configuration, and document management.
