Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field is required.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in engineering design and/or project leadership.
- 8+ years in nuclear industry or large-scale power-plant experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse engineering and science team to deliver on-time, within-budget design products.
- Coordinate interfaces between engineering, sourcing, quality, customers, partners, and subcontractors.
- Drive timely decision making on technical issues and maintain schedules, risks, and costs.
- Champion safety, compliance to nuclear standards, and quality across product development.
- Mentor leadership talent and support development of standard proposal estimates and scopes.
