Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking a Senior Network Engineer and Team Lead to join our remote-first US team. You will lead 4–6 senior engineers and guide day-to-day operations for high availability across large customer environments.

This role blends hands-on engineering with leadership, including incident management, RCA, and performance reviews. You will work with Cisco, Nexus, Meraki, Palo Alto and F5 in a security-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in network engineering
• 2–3 years in a leadership or team lead role
• Experience with firmware updates and patch management
• Strong incident management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 Senior Network Engineers.
• Oversee daily scrum calls and prioritize work.
• Manage escalations and resolve incidents promptly.
• Coordinate root cause analyses and preventive actions.
• Support performance reviews and development goals
