Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Consultant, NetSuite Optimization in the United States. This client-facing role focuses on optimizing Oracle NetSuite to improve operations. You will lead solution architecture, discovery, roadmap development, and implementation strategies aligned with client objectives.

You will mentor consultants, contribute to business development, and work across multiple projects in a flexible remote environment that values ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 5+ years in a professional services or consulting environment.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite Manufacturing and Distribution processes (S&OP, Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory, WMS).
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors is desirable.
• Willingness to pursue advanced NetSuite certifications and continue developing expertise.
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and manage budgets and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect Oracle NetSuite solutions addressing client objectives while managing risks and timelines.
• Lead client discovery and design sessions to define functional requirements.
• Analyze data, conduct interviews, and deliver reports as a lead SME.
• Maintain client relationships by communicating progress, risks, and issues.
• Lead discovery and roadmap development with process assessment and optimization recommendations.
• Oversee change-management for out-of-scope requests.
• Mentor Consultant I and II, delegating work and supporting delivery.
• Contribute to business development with NetSuite expertise in sales, events, and marketing.
• Support research and development of innovative NetSuite solutions.
