Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a Support & Optimization Senior Consultant to deliver high-quality NetSuite support and optimization services to clients, working remotely from the Philippines. You will triage tickets, implement configuration improvements, and ensure superior client experiences across NetSuite modules.

Responsibilities include managing full lifecycle tickets, supporting optimization projects, and collaborating with leadership to meet client goals while adopting AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite (support, configuration, or implementation).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve NetSuite support tickets end-to-end.
• Assist with NetSuite optimization: scope, config, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with Manager and Lead to meet client objectives.
• Work with clients to resolve issues and reconfigure NetSuite for financial modules.
• Identify risks and contribute mitigation strategies.
• Document tickets and ensure timely resolution; drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as NetSuite SME for clients and internal teams.
