Job summary

Wipfli LLP in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle NetSuite optimization engagements. You will architect solutions, manage risk, and guide project teams to deliver results for clients.

Under direction of a Manager or Senior Manager/Director, you will drive discovery sessions, develop roadmaps, and mentor junior consultants while expanding NetSuite services across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in a professional services firm.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite Manufacturing and Distribution processes.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work under pressure and deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Architect Oracle NetSuite solutions addressing client objectives and manage risks.
• Lead discovery and design sessions outlining functional requirements.
• Analyze data, conduct client interviews, prepare deliverables and reports, and serve as SME.
• Maintain client relationships and report status to Project Manager.
• Lead discovery and roadmap development, assess processes, identify optimizations, and deliver NetSuite recommendations and strategies.
• Monitor out-of-scope requests and advise on change management.
• Mentor Consultants I/II and delegate work for staff development.
• Participate in business development as SME with opportunity leaders.
• Contribute to R&D and innovative solutions for the market.
