Job summary

SunPower is seeking a Senior NetSuite Architect to own the technical design and health of our NetSuite ERP environment across finance, order-to-cash, and operations. You will translate business needs into scalable NetSuite architecture while aligning with IT and Finance leadership.

The role requires deep hands-on NetSuite expertise, governance discipline, and strong collaboration with distributed teams, including the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience including at least 3 years in a technical architect or senior technical consultant role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk/REST integrations, and saved search/report design.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; NetSuite certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of SunPower's NetSuite instance(s), including customizations, SuiteScript, workflows, and saved searches.
• Lead NetSuite design decisions for financial processes, including SOX controls and audit support.
• Architect and oversee integrations between NetSuite and other systems (Salesforce, payroll, banking, reporting tools).
• Partner with Accounting and Finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead NetSuite consolidation and cleanup work as newly acquired companies are integrated onto a shared instance.
• Establish governance standards for customizations, sandbox/production release management, and documentation.
• Evaluate new NetSuite modules and features, recommending adoption where they reduce manual work.
• Troubleshoot complex, high-impact system issues and lead root-cause resolution.
• Mentor NetSuite administrators/consultants and support their technical growth.
