Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, ERP Platform to own NetSuite architecture, configuration, and integration across Financials, O2C, P2P, Inventory, and CRM. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Tech to translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in ERP/NetSuite, hands-on SuiteScript and SuiteFlow skills, and strong communication. Hybrid work is supported with onsite expectations near Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar ERP-focused engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant) preferred.
• Proven track record supporting and enhancing NetSuite ERP in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of core business processes across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Hands-on proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and data management tools for NetSuite.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to move fluidly between technical detail and business-level conversations, and to train and support users at various skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day architecture, configuration, and customization of NetSuite across Financials, OTC, P2P, Inventory, and more.
• Design and implement customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Lead and support integration efforts between NetSuite and adjacent systems.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and performance; perform audits and updates.
• Serve as a primary NetSuite support contact and create training materials.
• Analyze processes with stakeholders to translate requirements into NetSuite solutions.
• Oversee data imports/exports and build KPIs and reports.
