Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable NetSuite solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to align NetSuite capabilities with organizational goals. This role requires deep expertise in NetSuite ERP, SuiteScript, integrations, and solution architecture design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define system integrations, workflows, and data flows between NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
• Establish best practices and enforce standards for NetSuite development and customization.

Implementation & Development

• Configure, customize, and extend NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteBuilder.
• Oversee the design of custom modules, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure that technical solutions meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify requirements and provide technology recommendations.
• Partner with functional consultants, developers, and administrators to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on NetSuite roadmap, upgrades, and emerging features.

Integration & Data Management

• Architect integrations between NetSuite and external applications (CRM, e-commerce, payroll, etc.) using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Lead data migration, cleansing, and validation during implementation or consolidation projects.
• Define data governance and security frameworks for NetSuite usage.

Governance & Support

• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to NetSuite developers and administrators.
• Maintain documentation of system design, workflows, and integrations.
• Support release management, testing, and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and audit requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in ERP systems, with at least 5 years in NetSuite ERP architecture and development.
• Expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (Web Services), REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven track record in designing large-scale NetSuite implementations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, supply chain, and order-to-cash processes.
• Experience with data modeling, security, and role-based access in NetSuite.

Preferred

• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer, Administrator).
• Experience with middleware platforms (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, etc.).
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
