Thrivent is seeking a Senior Mutual Fund Service Professional in the United States to provide subject-matter expertise in mutual fund controls and regulatory requirements. The role partners with fund teams and external partners to develop, standardize, implement, and maintain processes and programs across multiple systems and departments, including training and coaching.

The position emphasizes adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to support the contact center and field teams.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in customer service or mutual fund support with proven problem resolution.
• 2–3 years in finance with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Mansioni

• Perform day-to-day control monitoring reports and research requests.
• Conduct testing and monitoring, provide feedback to compliance and mutual fund teams.
• Assist with complex, escalated cases for field and clients with minimal direction.
• Provide clear, timely communications to field, clients, and management.
• Offer high-level product and systems expertise to mutual fund teams via multiple channels.
• Coach team members on quality, processes, and performance gaps; support improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote change, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Provide compliance consults, testing, and monitoring for complex regulatory matters.
