Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior leader to manage a team responsible for fund compliance programs, SEC filings, financial statement reporting, fund expenses, and Board reporting.

You will be the primary contact for fund clients and regulators, oversee coordinated fund operations, and ensure adherence to state and federal requirements.

This role requires extensive experience in mutual fund administration and supervisory leadership to deliver accurate, timely regulatory and client-facing results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA certified or candidate.
• 10 or more years of experience in Mutual Fund Administration or related field, i.e., public accounting.
• Two or more years of supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of compliance administrators to monitor programs and filings.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate fund operations and service provider activities.
