Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in multifamily acquisitions, investment sales, or a principal-side investment role in the industry.
• You personally sourced, underwrote, and closed deals, not just supported others.
• Expertise in Excel and understanding of multifamily benchmarks, KPIs, debt structures, and waterfalls.

Responsibilities

• Source and build a pipeline of multifamily acquisitions across target markets.
• Underwrite deals with an Investment Analyst and stress-test business plans with asset management teams.
• Lead negotiations, term sheets, and closing processes to bring deals to close on time.
• Travel to properties and meet brokers and sellers in person to advance opportunities.
• Develop talent and oversee at least one investment analyst as opportunities require.
