Job summary

Gismart is seeking a Motion Designer to craft high-performing video ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin and Snapchat. You’ll turn concepts into multiple variations in collaboration with our Creative Producer and UA team.

You’ll leverage UGC, stock footage and screen captures to produce on-brand videos at a fast cadence. The role requires 3+ years in motion design focused on performance, expert knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro, and strong sound design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, focused on performance or user acquisition creatives.
• Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with solid sound design skills.
• Understand what makes a performance creative work—hooks, pacing, retention, and CTAs—and ship quickly without losing quality.

Responsibilities

• Create high-performing video ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin and Snapchat.
• Collaborate with our Creative Producer and UA team to iterate on concepts and adapt ideas into multiple variations.
• Work with UGC, stock footage, and screen captures to produce polished, on-brand videos at a high cadence.
